Day of Coordination- Two months before event (starts at $1500)

This package is great for those brides who just need some extra assistance and organization to make their wedding day run smoothly.  We will be there 2 months before the big day to communicate with vendors, create a day of timeline, and coordinate all your details from set up through tear down.  



  • Provide a wedding day itinerary timeline 

  • Create seating charts and floor plans

  • Coordinate with vendors prior and during the wedding day

  • Attend and assist at rehearsal site

  • Complete wedding day coordination (unlimited hours) 

  • Event set up and take down (seating chart, table décor, favors- personal items) 

  • Manage timeline and assist venue staff 

  • Secure all gifts at the end of the night to the right destination

  • Full access to wedding day emergency kit 

Full Event Coordination (starts at $4500)

From the moment you get engaged to saying “I do” we are here to help you organize and plan all the details to make your wedding day special.


*provide assistance through the entire event planning process and includes all of "Day of Coordination"



  • Vendor recommendations and availability check

  • Schedule vendor meetings

  • Attend on-site vendor appointments

  • Creating and maintaining a wedding budget 

  • Assist with wedding attire 

  • Invitation guidance and etiquette

  • Favor ideas and assembly

  • Assistance with menu selection

A la Carte:   


Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: $100

*Find location, guest capacity, and food selection that will fit within your budget 

Partial Pre-Planning: $500

*additional help to add on to day of coordination 


Vendor Rentals Set up and Break Down- $100

*Linens, Flowers etc to set them up and break them down at the end of the night, also to return to the vendor 


Honeymoon Coordination: $200

*research destinations, make all hotel and flight accommodations, book activities, and organize travel documents


Out of Town Accommodations: $100

*Organize and provide options for out of guests that includes shuttle services to and from event site, reserving block of rooms and establishing a guest rate at the hotels. 


Travel Expenses: $200

*outside 70 miles will require hotel and gas accommodations for an additional cost


Officiant: $150
