Day of Coordination- Two months before event (starting at $3700)

This package is great for those who just need some extra assistance and organization to make their wedding day run smoothly. We will be there up to 2 months before the big day to communicate with vendors, create a day of timeline, and coordinate all your details from set up through tear down.

 

Includes:​​

  • Complimentary consultation

  • Unlimited email and phone consultations eight weeks before the wedding

  • One site visit/walkthrough to go over all details for event

  • Provide a wedding day timeline

  • Create seating charts and floor plans

  • Contact vendors before event and confirm all outstanding details

  • Attend and assist at rehearsal site (up to 1 hour)

  • Arrange and attend venue decor drop off (week of)

  • Complete wedding day coordination (12 hours)

  • Day of wedding planner assistants

  • Greet vendors and oversee deliveries

  • Event set up and take down (seating chart, table décor, favors- personal items)

  • Handle and distribute vendor payments/gratuity

  • Manage timeline and assist venue staff

  • Secure all cards and gifts at the end of the night to the right contact person

  • Troubleshoot any problems and concerns

  • Full access to wedding day emergency kit

Full Event Coordination (starts at $12,000)

From the first yes to the final farewell, we are here to help you organize and plan all the details to make your wedding day special. We want you to appreciate and enjoy the process!

 

Event Coordination with the following additions:

  • Up to five in person meetings

  • 2-3 site visits to discuss details and design

  • Venue selection- provide client with information on venue, set up visits for the couple to tour

  • Vendor recommendations and check availability/pricing

  • Assistance with Rehearsal/Welcome dinner- booking only

  • Create a design and floral proposal for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

  • Schedule vendor meetings with the couple

  • Attend on-site vendor appointments if needed

  • Create and manage wedding budget

  • Assist with wedding attire Invitation, save the dates, wedding website- guidance and etiquette

  • Favor ideas and assembly

  • Assistance with menu selection

  • Assist with hotel welcome bags and drop off

Welcome Party/Farewell Breakfast

3 hours on site

Set up decor, communicate with vendors, make sure room is set up, oversee guest arrival and make sure event is running smoothly

Design + Decor:

Up to 2 months of additional planning to create a design board and florals. Includes finding florists and additional vendors in order to bring. your vision to life. We will add an additional site visit before working on our design to walk the space together and discuss your vision.

 

Travel Expenses: 

*outside 90 miles will require hotel and gas accommodations for an additional cost
